A record of everything we did for East Hamilton Physio in June, and the early results already showing. It turned into a big month, well beyond the usual groundwork. For where things stood before we started (your May starting numbers), see the baseline page linked below. Built for Rahim at East Hamilton Physio.
A short walkthrough of what we built this month, before you read the numbers below.

We set a baseline before starting: where things stood the month before we began (your Google Business Profile and search numbers for May). It lives on its own page so this report stays focused on what we did this month, and gives you a clean before-and-after to see the June work against.
This turned into a big month. On top of the usual groundwork, we moved your whole website onto hosting you own, secured it, and built proper tracking from scratch. Here is what we shipped.
The website was running on the previous agency's hosting, which they were shutting off. We moved the entire site (all your pages, images, and forms) onto your own account, with no downtime and no interruption to your email.
Visitors were seeing a "your connection is not private" warning because the website's security certificate wasn't set up correctly. We fixed it, so the site now loads securely with the padlock, on both the typed-in and clicked-through address.
Until now only phone calls were counted, so form fills were invisible. We set up tracking that counts every lead: contact-form submissions, phone taps, and the mobile "Book" and "Call" buttons, so you finally see the full picture of what your marketing brings in.
The mobile "Book An Appointment" and "Call Now" buttons led nowhere, so we pointed them at your booking page and phone. We also linked your address to your Google profile, removed dead social icons, and added a real privacy policy where the page sat empty.
Got the website, Google Ads, your Google Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager all under accounts you own, so everything reports in one place and nothing is stuck with the old agency.
Your Google Business Profile was still showing the old "Complete Care" logo from before the rename. We swapped it for the current East Hamilton mark, so the profile matches your brand.
Built the first monthly newsletter to your patient list, the start of bringing past patients back in. Reactivating that list is one of the fastest wins available to you.
The first two rebuilds are live. We rewrote the generic, copy-pasted copy into pages that describe your clinic and lead with what sets it apart: the equipment, the team, 18 years in Stoney Creek, WSIB and car-accident programs, and direct billing. See them here: Physiotherapy and Spinal Decompression.
The ads no longer point at your homepage. We built focused landing pages, one per service, so each click lands on a page that matches what the person searched and is built to turn that visit into a booking: Physiotherapy, WSIB, Chiropractic, and Massage. Every form fill and call from these pages is now tracked, with the lead emailed to the front desk and to you the moment it comes in.
This report itself, with the baseline set so you have a clear before-and-after on the June work. You can leave a comment on any section and we reply right inside the report.
Website, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Walnut, plus fresh Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager are all connected and reporting. Because we set up new Analytics and Search Console, the search numbers start fresh from May, giving you a clean baseline to measure against.
The first full month under our management. We rebuilt the account into three focused search campaigns, one each for physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage, each pointing at its own landing page with form and call tracking. The numbers below are for those three live campaigns.
| Campaign | Impr. | Clicks | Click rate | Cost | Leads | Cost / lead | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Physiotherapy | 812 | 98 | 12.1% | $1,038.09 | 8 | $129.76 | Active |
| Massage | 1,128 | 99 | 8.8% | $259.61 | 6 | $43.27 | Active |
| Chiropractic | 350 | 44 | 12.6% | $384.29 | 4 | $96.07 | Active |
These three live campaigns spent $1,682 and returned 18 leads at $93 each. The account total, which includes an older lead campaign we paused, was $1,974 and 21 leads at $94. The picture to hold onto: at the May baseline the account counted only phone calls and cost about $310 a lead. One month in, with form tracking live and the budget focused on clean per-service campaigns, that is down to $93.
| Campaign | Form fills | Phone calls | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Physiotherapy | 3 | 5 | 8 |
| Massage | 3 | 3 | 6 |
| Chiropractic | 0 | 4 | 4 |
Physiotherapy carries most of the spend and brought in the most leads. Massage is the efficiency standout at about $43 a lead. Chiropractic leads all came by phone, which is common: people ready to book a specific appointment tend to call rather than fill a form.
| Name | Service | Campaign |
|---|---|---|
| Meagan Miletics | Massage Therapy | Massage |
| Paolo DiMarco | Physiotherapy | Physiotherapy |
| Ketan Ajay | Physiotherapy | Physiotherapy |
Each of these came in through a landing-page form, tied to a specific ad and service. Honest note: the first submissions after we switched the tracking on came through blank while we sorted out the form wiring. Once fixed, they started landing complete, like the ones above, with the details emailed to the front desk and to you the moment they come in. Tracking went live about a week into June, so this is effectively the full month.
Organic search moves slower than ads, so this first stretch is about leading indicators, not click volume. Two things we shipped in June are already showing up in search.
The new Physiotherapy page went live mid-June. Before that it had no search presence at all. Within two weeks Google had re-crawled it, and across the back half of the month it settled at positions 1 to 3 for local physiotherapy searches. Clicks follow rankings with a lag, so this is exactly the leading indicator you want to see this early.
The WSIB post we wrote and published is indexed and, in its first month, appeared about 248 times in search for WSIB-related queries ("wsib physiotherapy," "does wsib cover physiotherapy," "wsib physiotherapy near me"). It sits mid-page for now, which is normal for a brand-new post, and it's the start of building search visibility around a service you want more of.
You still own your name (position 1 for "east hamilton physio" and "east hamilton physiotherapy"). The broader non-brand terms like "physiotherapy hamilton" sit on page 2, which is exactly the headroom the rewritten pages are built to climb into, the way the Physiotherapy page already has. The Spinal Decompression rebuild is live and indexed too, but only went up late in the month, so it has barely been crawled. Overall clicks are still low at this stage: rankings move first, and clicks follow.
Figures pulled directly from Google Search Console for June 1 to 30, 2026.
How your Google Business Profile performed on Search and Maps in June: how many people found it, and what they did next. Each number is compared against the same month last year.
61% of views came from Google Search on a phone, another 22% from Search on desktop. Google Maps made up the rest. People are finding you by searching, mostly from their phone, which is worth remembering as we keep building the pages and landing pages.
Profile views are up about 48% on last June, calls up 6%, and direction requests up 55%. More people are finding the page and more of them are calling or heading to the clinic.
Clicks from the profile through to the website were down year over year. That is the gap the June work goes at: the profile is getting found, and the lever now is turning more of those people into visits to the site and bookings. A complete profile and a steady flow of reviews are what move that number.
The monthly newsletter through Walnut to your patient list. Reaching past patients this way is one of the fastest ways to bring people back through the door.
We built and sent the first monthly newsletter to your patient list through Walnut. Walnut sends the email but doesn't report opens or clicks back to us, so there's no performance data to show here, and there won't be while the newsletter runs through that tool. What matters this month is that the reactivation has started: a reason for past patients to think of the clinic again and book, sent to the roughly 500 contacts on the list in Walnut. If open and click reporting is something you want down the line, we'd move the newsletter onto email software that reports it, and this section would then track it.
Everything below is built, live, and under accounts you own. This is the foundation the month leaves you with.
Your whole site is on hosting under your own account, secured with the padlock, off the previous agency's setup for good. Broken buttons and dead links are fixed, and the mobile "Book" and "Call" buttons now work.
Three focused search campaigns, each with its own landing page, are live and counting every form fill and call, with leads emailed to the front desk and to you the moment they come in. Cost per lead is down from about $310 to $93.
The Physiotherapy page is rebuilt and already on page 1, and Spinal Decompression is rebuilt and indexed. Your new WSIB blog post is live and surfacing in search for WSIB terms.
Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Ads, and your Google Business Profile are all connected under accounts you own, so you can see what your marketing brings in, in one place.
The old "Complete Care" logo is swapped for your current mark, and the profile is drawing more views, calls, and direction requests than it was a year ago.
